Frank Davis, CED, Lee County, departed from this world suddenly on February 17, 2011. Frank will be greatly missed. He was a member and great supporter of SCASCOE/NASCOE. Over the years, he held several positions in SCASCOE including SCASCOE President. Frank and his family always attended SCASCOE Conventions and they also attended several NASCOE Conventions. Below is Frank and Staff of Lee County.
